Recipe Ingredients for Egg Casserole

1 egg
1 1/4 cup eggbeaters
1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup frozen vegetables
2 links turkey sausage

Recipe Directions for Egg Casserole

  1. Cook turkey sausage.

  2. Cook frozen veggies.

  3. Blend eggs and cheese and sliced turkey sausage.

  4. Pour cooked veggies into buttered casserole dish.

  5. Pour egg and cheese mixture over veggies.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  7. Let stand for 5-10 minutes to set.
