use egg beaters & whole wheat bread w/ skim milk

Recipe Ingredients for Egg casserole, breakfast

1 1/2 cups egg beaters
2 cups skim milk
6 slices whole wheat bread
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 pound turkey, chopped
1 cup 2% cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Egg casserole, breakfast

spray 8 x 8 pan. Mix all together, let sit overnight in refrig. Bake @ 350 x 40 - 45 min
