Recipe Ingredients for Egg Cassarole

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
3 slices white bread
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg Cassarole

  1. Brown crumbled sausage meat in heavy skillet; drain on paper towel.

  2. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, and salt; stir in bread cubes, sausage, and cheese.

  3. Refrigerate mixture overnight.

  4. Bake in greased 13x9x2 inch pan, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
