10 Tortillas
1 lb sausage
16 eggs
1 lb Velveeta
1 cup green chilie

Recipe Directions for Egg Burritos

  1. Cook sausage and drain grease.

  2. Add eggs and cook.

  3. Add cheese and green chili.

  4. Roll into Burritos.

  5. Brown burritos in skillet with a bit of butter.
