Recipe Ingredients for Egg burrito

1/3 cup egg whites
1/2 cup broccoli
1/4 cup black beans, canned
1/6 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tortilla, carb balance

Recipe Directions for Egg burrito

  1. saute broccoli until al dente

  2. add egg whites, cook until firm

  3. add black beans and cheese, cover briefly until cheese melts

  4. heat tortilla in a non-stick skillet

  5. put egg mixture in warm tortilla and wrap
