Recipe Ingredients for Egg Burrito

1 Flour tortilla
1 cup diced potatoes
2 eggs, scrambled
2 tbsp canola oil
1 oz cheddar cheese
2 oz pico de gallo

Recipe Directions for Egg Burrito

Cook diced potatoes in oil. Scramble eggs and pour over potatoes. Add remaining ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. I like to ad extra green chili to mine.
