1/4 tsp butter 1 egg scrambled 1/8 c shredded cheese 1/2 cup shredded lettuce 1T salsa

1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
0.12 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
1 tbsp Newman's Own All-Natural Bandito Salsa Medium
1 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine

Recipe Directions for egg buritto

melt butter on medium hot skillet, pour in egg while rotating pan to make it coat the entire bottom surface of the pan. when the egg is set flip it over. while cooking top it with cheese salsa and lettuce. let it cook for a minute then roll and remove from pan.
