  1. Scramble four eggs

  2. Rinse 1 can of black beans

  3. Combine beans and eggs into a bowl and mix

  4. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 avocado (diced), and 1 small tomato (diced).

  5. Mix and serve
