Fried eggs in white onion and condiments

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Bhurji

5 eggs
2 tbsp oil
1/2 white onion
8 green pepper
1 gram turmeric
1 1/2 gram salt
10 gram coriander
1/2 gram coriander powder
1 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Egg Bhurji

  1. Heat oil

  2. put mustard seeds and wait until they stop cracking

  3. add white onion and roast until slightly brown

  4. add turmeric, salt, coriander powder and green pepper

  5. break eggs and add

  6. Stir until dry and consistent

  7. Garnish with coriander and serve
