Recipe Ingredients for Egg Bhujia

6 tablespoons egg white
1 Salt to taste
2 teaspoons oil
1 chopped fresh onion

Recipe Directions for Egg Bhujia

Chop onions. Add two teaspoons oil to a heating pan. Add onions to the pan and fry. Then add egg whites and stir until egg whites are brown and crisp. Add seasoning to taste.
