Recipe Ingredients for Egg Beaters with Veggies

4 oz Egg Substitute
1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/4 cup chopped frozen spinach

Recipe Directions for Egg Beaters with Veggies

  1. Spray inside of wide bowl or cappuccino mug with non-stick spray.

  2. Use 1/4 c chopped green pepper and spinach, chopped.

  3. Add to 1/2 c Egg Beaters, mix well.

  4. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir.

  5. Microwave for 1 minute.
