Easy omelet with egg beaters and turkey bacon.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Beaters Omelet

3/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 tbsp yellow bell pepper (diced)
1 tbsp red pepper (diced)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tbsp red onion (diced)
1 slice turkey bacon
1 tbsp tomato (diced)
2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg Beaters Omelet

  1. mix egg beaters and milk in bowl.

  2. preheat pan over med high heat.

  3. add egg mixture to pan.

  4. Allow to cook until almost no longer liquid on top.

  5. Flip egg mixture.

  6. Add vegetables and cheese.

  7. Fold over and serve.
