Egg beater, zucchini, onion, green pepper and mushrooms topped with Swiss cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Beater Vegetable Frittata (1/4 of 10'' frittata)

16 oz Egg Substitute
1 Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup Mushrooms
8 oz Onions
3 serving Olive Oil Cooking Spray
12 oz Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 serving (Wellsley Farm) Swiss Cheese All Natural Sliced
1 1/4 tsp Flavor Packets
1 dash black pepper

Recipe Directions for Egg Beater Vegetable Frittata (1/4 of 10'' frittata)

Lightly saute veggies in Pam Spray, add 1 - 16oz carton egg beaters cover and allow to set when top is lightly set place in oven to brown the top, top frittata with cheese and cover for 5 minutes to melt cheese and finish cooking.
