Recipe Ingredients for egg beater breakfast

1/2 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup raw mushrooms
1/4 cup raw onion
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 slice american cheese

Recipe Directions for egg beater breakfast

saute onion and mushrooms in small skillet coated with non-stick spray. Add egg beaters and toast bread. Once the egg beaters are mostly cooked, fold over into an omelet to finish cooking. Top with one slice of American Cheese just before removing from pan. Place omelet on top of toasted bread.
