Recipe Ingredients for Egg in a basket with Avacado

1 large Egg, Whole
1 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
0.5 tbsp Butter
0.13 cup, sliced Avocados

Recipe Directions for Egg in a basket with Avacado

  1. Butter frying pan, set on low.

  2. Cut hole in slice of bread.

  3. Place bread in pan, along with the cut out piece, if you'd like.

  4. drop egg in the middle.

  5. Flip when desired.

  6. Cook on the other side until egg is cooked to your liking.

  7. Remove from pan. Add salt and pepper, if desired.

  8. Place on plate, and add a couple slices of avacado.
