Breakfast egg bake with enough to last the whole week

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Bake

4 oz Pork Sausage
93 g Canadian Bacon
6 large eggs, beaten
1 plum tomato, diced
1 small onion, diced
125 g Kraft 2% American Cheese
1 Salt and Pepper to Taste

Recipe Directions for Egg Bake

  1. Crumble pork sausage and fry, adding in Canadian bacon and onion - cook until onions are tender and sausage is done.

  2. Add diced tomato, cook until heated through.

  3. Beat 6 large eggs and salt/pepper to taste

  4. Place meat and vegetable mixture in a small baking dish, cover with beaten eggs

  5. Place cheese slices over the top of the mixture and back at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  6. This makes 9 smallish servings, perfect for a week's worth of small breakfasts.
