Marinated Chicken, sauteed bell peppers and onion with spicy salsa.

Recipe Ingredients for EFL Chicken Fajitas

1/2 lb chicken breast
2 tbsp italian dressing, fat free
1 tsp chili powder
1 onion, sliced
2 red peppers, sliced
1/4 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for EFL Chicken Fajitas

  1. Slice the chicken into strips and marinate it 30 min or overnight.

  2. Coat a skillet with cooking spray and add chicken and chili powder - cook until chicken is no longer pink - about 7 min put chicken aside and keep warm

  3. Add more cooking spray and sautee onion until tender - add peppers and sautee until tender.

  4. Add cooked chicken and heat until warm.

  5. * eat in warmed tortillas - 2 per person which are NOT added into the calories of this recipe*
