Recipe Ingredients for Ed's Sweet & Spicey Chilli

4 pound hamburger, 85%
1 large onion
1 poblano pepper
3 banana pepper
64 oz Red Kidney Beans
64 oz Pinto Beans Canned
64 oz diced tomatos
12 oz stewed tomatos
5 tbsp chilli powder
6 cups water
2 tbsp garlic
3 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Ed's Sweet & Spicey Chilli

  1. Cut up all the vegetables into small peices. Saute unitl done. Fry up the hamburger and add the vegetables. Mix in the remaining ingediants and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and allow the chilli to simmer for at least 2 hours.

  2. Try using different peppers and chilli powders.
