Recipe Ingredients for Ed's sausage stuffed mushrooms

8 large Mushrooms
3 link (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8" dia), cooked Pork Sausage, Fresh, Cooked
1 fl oz Wine, Table, White
1/2 cup Sauce, Homemade, White, Medium
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Recipe Directions for Ed's sausage stuffed mushrooms

Rinse or wipe off mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove stems and set aside. Place mushrooms in a 9 inch pie plate. Brown sausage crumbles in a skillet. Mince mushroom stems and add to sausage. Deglaze with white wine and let simmer and reduce. Add bechamel sauce and panko and mix until well incorporated. Generaously stuff the mushroom caps and place in a preheated 375 oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until stuffing becomes crispy on top.
