Recipe Ingredients for Ed's Hot & Sweet Chili

4 lbs hamburger
32 oz tomato, crushed
32 oz kidney beans
4 jalapeno pepper, de-seeded, diced
1 poblano pepper, de-seeded, diced
1 oz chipotle sauce
1 cup brown sugar, light
1/2 cup cinnamon
1/2 cup chilli powder
2 tbsp paprika, ground
2 tbsp cayenne pepper, ground
1 onion, large
1 tbsp garlic, diced
4 cups water
2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Ed's Hot & Sweet Chili

Chop up all of your onion and peppers and add to hot pan with butter. Saute until onions are done. Add the garlic and saute for another minute. Add hamburger meat and cook until browned. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and allow to cook for two to four hours. Add more chilli pepper to taste and water as needed. Serve hot with sour cream and/or cheddar cheese.
