Recipe Ingredients for Ed's Fish Chowder

40 oz Potatoes
8.38 oz Onions
8 oz Lower Sodium Bacon
5 dash Salt, Table
0.5 tbsp Pepper, Black
1 oz Hot Sauce
0.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tsp Garlic
4 oz Flounder Fillets
1.5 cup Original
4 serving Sea Queen Seafood Medley
10 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Ed's Fish Chowder

  1. Boil potatoes in 10 cups of salted water.

  2. Cook bacon and chop. Add onions and garlic to bacon fat and oil, saute.

  3. Add bacon mix to potatoes. Add Ro Tel, Crystal and black pepper to potatoes and simmer for 1 hours.

  4. Cut up flounder and add to potatoes and simmer 1 hour.

  5. Add seafood medley and cook until done, about 15 minutes.
