Recipe Ingredients for Edible Christmas Candy Dough

1 2/5 c. skim milk, = to 4 oz. fat free cream cheese
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. water
2 1/4 c. whole-wheat pastry flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanuts

Recipe Directions for Edible Christmas Candy Dough

  1. Mix it together.

  2. (I put the milk = thingy for the cal count only. Use the cream cheese.) Add more liquid if necessary- tastes best if you add drained vanilla yogurt. For flavor add: 1/2 tsp. Molly Mcbutter (more to taste).

  3. The actual recipe has cup each M&Ms, candy canes, and peanut brittle (NOT choc. chips or peanuts). I just put the other ones in so the nutrition info. would register them. However, you can mix in any candy you want :)
