Recipe Ingredients for Eden Breakfast

1 oz Pumpkin FlaxPlus Granola
1 oz Granola
2 oz Stirred Yoghurt, Plain
1 packet Sweetener, no calorie
1 large (1-3/8" dia) Strawberries
1/2 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick) Pineapple
1 oz Grapes

Recipe Directions for Eden Breakfast

  1. Cut fruits into bite sized pieces as necessary and place in bottom of soup-sized bowl.

  2. In a seperate bowl, combine the granolas. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.

  3. Pour the yoghurt evenly over top of the fruit and granola. Top with sweetner.

  4. Enjoy!
