Recipe Ingredients for Eddie's chili

1 lb hamburger
1/2 large onion diced
32 oz beans, kidney
16 oz beans, pinto
6 oz tomato paste
6 cups diced tomatoes
16 oz V8 juice
1 tbl sugar
3 tbl chili powder
1 tbl black pepper
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Eddie's chili

  1. brown hamburger and onion and drain excess grease

  2. add remaining ingredients and bring to boil

  3. reduce heat to med. low and cover for about 45 mins.

  4. stir occasionally

  5. uncover and cook another 30 min or until desired thickness is reached
