3/4 cup edamame, thawed & shelled
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon chili pepper
1 garlic clove, halved
1/4 cup banana pepper
2 tbsp cilantro

Recipe Directions for Edamole

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor & process until smooth.

  2. Cover & chill.
