Recipe Ingredients for Edamame Salad

1/2 cup Edamame Soybeans Shelled
3 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.25 medium raw Onion Red
1 1tsp Olive Oil
15 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Edamame Salad

  1. Steam frozen edamame until thawed

  2. Cut up other vegetables and toss together

  3. Add italian style dressing ( I use a dry seasoning mix with water and a tsp of EVOO)
