Recipe Ingredients for Edamame & Quinoa Salad

1 cups quinoa
2 cups edamame
40 ml soy sauce
40 ml honey
20 ml rice vinegar

Recipe Directions for Edamame & Quinoa Salad

  1. Add 1 cup quinoa to 2 cups water and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce to a low simmer and heat, covered, for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Add 2 cups edamame to boiling water and blanch for ~3 minutes.

  4. Mix soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.

  5. Mix all ingredients together and serve hot!
