Hummus with edamame and spinach from La Dolce Vegan

Recipe Ingredients for Edamame Hummus

3/4 cup edamame
2 cups spinach, tightly packed
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flax oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tamari
2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

  1. steam edamame until bright green

  2. combine all ingredients in food processor

  3. makes about 2 cups
