Recipe Ingredients for Edamame Hummus

1 ? 1 1/2 cups edamame
1 ? 1 tbsp of sesame seed, ground
1 ? 2 tsp of flax seed, ground
1 ? 1/4 (0 g) cup water plus more if needed
1 ? 3 tbsp lemon juice
1 ? 2 clove garlic, crushed
1 ? salt & pepper to taste
1 ? 2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Edamame Hummus

  2. In a food processor, blend flax and sesame seed. Then add and blend soy beans, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil until smooth. Add more water if needed until consistency is smooth.
