Recipe Ingredients for Edamame Hummus

15 oz shelled edamame
4 1/2 oz nonfat yogurt
3 1/2 oz sesame seeds
2 tbls ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp curry
8 Pita breads
2 tbls Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Edamame Hummus

  1. Put cooked edamame beans and all other ingredients in food processor and blend

  2. serve with pita wedges.
