Recipe Ingredients for Edamame with ground turkey

1 1/4 lbs lean ground turkey breast
16 ounces edamame, shelled
2 cups roma tomatoes
1 1/2 cups onion, diced
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Edamame with ground turkey

  1. warm olive oil in large pan. Saute garlic and onions until browned and then brown turkey

  2. once cooked, remove chicken and leave fat in pan. add tomatoes, cook for an additional 5 minutes. add edamame and cook for an additional 8 minutes

  3. add turkey back to pan and season with salt and pepper to taste
