Recipe Ingredients for Edamame with Ground Pork

19 1/5 ounces extra lean ground pork
12 ounces edamame, shelled
2 cups roma tomatoes
1 1/2 cups onion, diced
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 salt

Recipe Directions for Edamame with Ground Pork

  1. warm olive oil in large pan and brown pork

  2. once cooked, remove pork and leave fat in pan. add garlic and onions in pan and saute until soft. add tomatoes, cook for an additional 5 minutes. add edamame and cook for an additional 8 minutes

  3. add pork and season with salt and pepper to taste
