Falafel that uses edamame instead of chic peas.

Recipe Ingredients for Edamame Falafel

1 1/2 cup edamame
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Yogurt Sauce:
2 tbsp plain yogurt (Greek yogurt recommended)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 pinch of kosher salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1/2 cucumber (or 2 inches of seedless cucumber), chopped
