vanilla eclair, very easy to cook!

Recipe Ingredients for Eclair

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1/8 cup butter
1 egg
1/8 cup cornstarch
1/8 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Eclair

  1. Sift the all purpose flour

  2. In the lowest heat, boil water and butter together. When the butter is melted add the all purpose flour and stir it until the ball can be formed. Then leave it until its cool in room temperature.

  3. In the lowest speed, beat the dough until in separate into small beats then add in 1 egg and beat til its very stiff.

  4. Put the mixing into the plastic bag or spoon it into the cooking sheet with alluminum foil and bake in the 200C(400F) for 20-25 mins or when the eclair turns golden brown

  5. make the vanilla filling by mix constarch, sugar, salt, milk, egg yolk, vanilla together and double boil and stir it all the time until the filling stickier like pudding. Turn of the heat and add butter. Stir again til butter is melted.

  6. Put the filling into the eclair when the filling and eclair are cooled.
