Recipe Ingredients for Eckhard's Fish Soup

2 cup Soup, Stock, Fish, Home-prepared
3 oz Clam, Mixed Species
1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms
2 oz Salmon, Atlantic, Farmed
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
5 sprigs Parsley

Recipe Directions for Eckhard's Fish Soup

Heat the stock. Chop the fresh parsely and dill into fine pieces. Slice the tomato, into quarters. Chop the other vegatables into bite size chunks. Throw all the ingrediants into the heating stock. Salt to taste. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes until the fresh vegatables are starting to become tender. For more interest use fresh or frozen clams or mussels in the shell. Put them with the shell into the soup. Make sure they're throughly washed first.
