Use 93% lean turkey and part skim mozzarella.

Recipe Ingredients for Eating Well Turkey Burgers

1 pound lean ground turkey
1/4 cup scallions
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups marinara sauce
1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Eating Well Turkey Burgers

  1. Mix turkey, scallions, garlic salt and pepper, worcestershire sauce.

  2. Make two thin patties and place cheese in between.

  3. Place on frying pan with a little olive oil.

  4. Put sauce and remaining cheese on half of a bun.
