Recipe Ingredients for Eating Well Baked Parmesan Tomatoes

2 tomatoes
1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Eating Well Baked Parmesan Tomatoes

Oven to 450. Cut tomatoes in half horizontally. PLace on cookie sheet, cut side up. Mix Parmesan, oregano, salt and top each half evenly. Grind some fresh pepper on top of cheese mix, then sprinkle with olive oil. Bake until tender or about 15 minutes.
