Mix a mug of boiling water (6 oz) with 1 (one) tablespoon of Now Spirulina; stir until all the NOW Spirulina has dissolved then add the Pepperming Herbal Tea with 2 ounces of warm water! Then enjoy!!!! *Tastes great too with 3 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar*

1 tea bag Peppermint Herbal Tea
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
