Recipe Ingredients for Eat-Clean Turkey Burgers

1/2 serving Vitality No Fat No Sugar Bread
7 serving Maple Leaf Ground Turkey
2 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Eat-Clean Turkey Burgers

  1. Mix garlic, onion powder, and seasoning in a large bowl.

  2. Add ground turkey and mix thoroughly with hands.

  3. Toast 2 slices of whole grain bread, and then tear into small pieces. Added to ground turkey

  4. Separate mixture into 6 or 7 golf-ball sized portions. Neatly roll into balls, and then flatten between 2 pieces of parchment paper.

  5. Grill or pan-fry burgers for approximately 7 minutes (3-4 minutes on each side), or until cooked all the way through.
