Recipe Ingredients for Eat-Clean Egg Salad

10 large Egg, White
2 large Egg, Whole
2 oz Greek Yogurt
2 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Eat-Clean Egg Salad

Hard boil a dozen eggs. Cool and peel all eggs. In a large bowl, break eggs apart using only 2 of the yolks and keeping all the whites. Add the yogurt, mustard, and spices and use a masher to desired consistency
