This is the Eat Clean Bison Burger without the sweet potato or molasses.

Recipe Ingredients for Eat Clean Bison Burger - Modified

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup Egg, White
1/4 cup Oats
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
12 oz bison, ground

Recipe Directions for Eat Clean Bison Burger - Modified

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Cook the onion until soft and golden. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together egg whites, oat bran or oatmeal (grind in coffee grinder) sea salt and pepper.

  3. Stir in onions and bison. Mix the ingredients together with clean hands until just combined.
