What should I eat to get 4500 to 5000 calories a day?

I would like to eat about 4500 to 5000 HEALTHY calories a day.  What would be a good daily menu?  I am allergic to seafood and I don't like granola.


Unless your occupation is Forestry or Olympian, you don’t need 4500 – 5000 calories a day.  To gain weight, work out with weights, eat 500 extra calories (3000 calories a day for you) and give it time.  But, to reach your stated calorie goal, consume liquid meal replacements along with real food.  Drink four 8-ounce cans of Ensure Plus for 1400 calories and then eat a balanced diet with 3200 calories from food, choosing 2½ cups of fruit, 4 cups of vegetables, 10 oz of grains, 7 oz of meat, 3 cups of milk, 11 tsp. of oil, and 650 calories of anything you’d like.  Select the foods you prefer within the food groups.  Visit My Pyramid for more information.
