Recipe Ingredients for Easy Wheat bread

2 1/2 cups water
1 package dry yeast
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
8 tablespoons smart balance butter
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
4 c bread machine flour

Recipe Directions for Easy Wheat bread

Add all ingredients into a mixer. Mix 7 minutes with kneading hook until smooth. Rise 1 hour. Punch down, knead, split into two bread pans, and let rise again for an hour. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, splah a little water inside oven before adding bread. Let bake for 35-40 minutes until Hollow sound is heard when you "thump" top of loaf. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
