Recipe Ingredients for easy veggie stirfry

1 cup Whole Roma Tomatoes, Organic
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
6 grams Cashew Nuts
1 cup Asparagus

Recipe Directions for easy veggie stirfry

  1. Just stir-fry these together--don't use any oil.

  2. Add cashews toward end (also, these are optional and can be exchanged for any other nut)

  3. Add any other veggies you happen to have on hand!
