Easy Veggie Soup w/ a lot of broth!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Veggie Soup

4 vegetable bouillon cubes
8 cups water
2 medium carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 white button mushroom, sliced
2 roma tomatoes, quartered
1 tsp ginger, sliced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil or other seasoning

Recipe Directions for Easy Veggie Soup

  1. Put all ingredients in a pot.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Cover and simer until the vegetables are tender.
