A quick and easy vegetable frittata

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Vegetable Frittata

2.5 cup Egg Beaters
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 serving Red Hot Wings Sauce
3 oz Cheese

Recipe Directions for Easy Vegetable Frittata

Mix all ingredients except cheese together and pour into a pyrex dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake additional 10 minutes
