Recipe Ingredients for Easy vegan crockpot stew

3 cups vegetable broth
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1 t italian seasoning
2 1/2 T worcestershire sauce
3 T cornstarch
8 oz tomato sauce
14 oz diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup yam, diced
2 carrots, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
3/4 cup corn
3/4 cup peas
1 cup chickpeas

Recipe Directions for Easy vegan crockpot stew

Throw everything into a crock pot except the cornstarch. Mix the cornstarch in a small amount of water to remove lumps and then add to crock pot. Add salt/pepper and other spices (try thyme, rosemary, etc.) to taste. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
