Really easy vegan chili that has a lot of protein and is fairly hearty. You can substitute the tomato sauce for salsa if you'd like (or any other type of sauce you fancy). I find that you get more flavor the second day so I make this the night before, however it's an amazingly quick dinner to make if your in a pinch.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Vegan Chili

3 serving Sunflower Market Pinto Beans
7 serving Sunflower Market No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
53 grams Great Value Whole Kernel Golden Corn
115 grams Vegan Boca Meatless Crumbles
1 serving Kroger Crushed Red Pepper
1 serving Private Selection Cumin

Recipe Directions for Easy Vegan Chili

SEE INGREDIENT LIST FOR MEASUREMENTS-- Add Pinto Beans (Drained and Rinsed), Frozen Corn (Thawed), Cumin, Red Pepper Flakes, Cilantro, and Vegan Boca Meatless Crumbles (No need to cook) to a pot. Bring to a simmer and cook at medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
