Easy lasagna and easy to remember

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Turkey Lasagna

16 ounce Fat Free Cottage Cheese, drained
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
52 ounce Pasta Sauce, divided
1/2 pound Lasagna Noodles, uncooked
1 pound Turkey Sausage, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Recipe Directions for Easy Turkey Lasagna

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan Cheese, eggs and pjrsley flakes, mix well. In a 9x13 pan, spread 1 cup of pasta sauce. Evenly top with half of the noodles, half of the cheese and egg mix, half of the sausage, 1 1/2 cups of pasta sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering, finishing with mozzarella cheese on top. Cover pan and bake for 1 hour. Uncover bake another 15 min until cheese is bubbly.
