Super easy and satisfying tuna sandwich! Perfect low-calorie lunch packed with protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Tuna sandwich!

10 slices whole wheat bread
3 large eggs, hardboiled
2 tsp mayo (4013)
2 tbsp sweet relish
6 oz tuna, in can in water (15184)

Recipe Directions for Easy Tuna sandwich!

  1. First prepare the eggs. in a medium sized add the eggs and fill it so the water in covering the eggs. Bring water and eggs to a vigerous boil and then remove from heat. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes.

  2. Drain water from pan, and let eggs sit in cold water until cool. Under cool running water peel and deshell the eggs.

  3. Drain tuna water and add tuna to a bowl along with the mayo and relish.

  4. Add eggs to mixture and with a fork cut and mix eggs until well mixed.

  5. Add 2-3 tbsp of tuna mixture onto whole wheat bread.
